ALICE ROMANCE DREAM

She peeked through the door hole, unlike this dark corridor, a colourful garden got into her sight. Alice gasped, she took another glimpse at the scenery. A pathway parted the sea of roses, bushes along the side. Alice opened the door of a romantic dream and entered the garden.

This begins the wonderland of the n22 collection. Roses and velvet; Hearts and diamonds; Dreamy characters and romantic scenery. A fantasy that seems unreal, yet it is our vision of reality.

We visualised the story through the eyes of Robert Perdziola, who designed the costumes for the
Finnish National Ballet’s Alice In Wonderland.

Hearts are shown throughout the collection by embroidery and jacquard fabric print to present the fun side of the fantasy, adding an
extent of amusement.

From the works of Perdziola, one of the core symbols of how he presented the story is the playing cards. Argyle patterns and diamond shapes are then transformed throughout the collection.
